Common use of Remittance Date Clause in Contracts

Remittance Date. To the extent provided in the related Servicing Agreement, (i) with respect to W▇▇▇▇ Fargo, as Servicer, the 18th calendar day of any month, or if such 18th day is not a Business Day, the first Business Day immediately following and (ii) with respect to Countrywide Servicing, the 21st or 24th day of any month, as applicable, or if such 21st or 24th day is not a Business Day, the first Business Day immediately preceding.
