Common use of Remittance to the Union Clause in Contracts

Remittance to the Union. The Company agrees to remit said deductions monthly to the Union as follows: (1) The total amount of CWA-COPE-PCC contributions deducted. (2) The names, social security number and amounts from whose wages such deductions have been made. (3) The Company shall, at the same time remit to the Union its check for the amount shown under item (a) above, care of IUE-CWA, The Industrial Division of the Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO, CLC (IUE-CWA).
