Remote Access. For Philips to provide remote support, Customer must provide remote access to the Covered System via Philips specified connection as described in this Agreement and notify Philips of any changes to connection procedures. Customer must also provide Philips with access to domain accounts, passwords, and connections that are necessary to perform required Services.
