Common use of Remote Learning Clause in Contracts

Remote Learning. Teachers will provide in-person instruction. Remote learning can only be required under a Gubernatorial Disaster or when any other exigent circumstance exists, as deemed by the State Superintendent. Teachers are allowed, upon their own discretion, to use district secured and provided digital platforms to enhance learning opportunities.
