Remote Software Sample Clauses

The 'Remote Software' clause defines the terms under which software that is accessed or operated remotely, rather than installed locally, is provided and used. It typically outlines the rights and restrictions for accessing the software via the internet or a network, clarifies responsibilities for maintaining the remote environment, and may address issues such as uptime, support, and data security. This clause ensures both parties understand the unique considerations of remote software delivery, such as reliance on third-party hosting and the need for clear service expectations, thereby reducing misunderstandings and managing risk associated with remote access.
