Common use of Removable Media Clause in Contracts

Removable Media. Except in the context of Provider’s routine back-ups or as otherwise specifically authorized by the Purchasing Entity in writing, Provider shall prohibit the transfers of Protected Purchasing Entity Information to any form of Removable Media unless such Protected Purchasing Entity Information is encrypted. Additional Removable Media requirements are set forth in subsection (f) below.
