Common use of Removal from PRC Clause in Contracts

Removal from PRC. The TROC will hear appeals by a probationer, or members of a PRC, for removal of a member of the Committee to determine if cause exists. The hearing will include relevant information and statements from the probationer, other PRC members, an opportunity for rebuttal by the member in question, the College and AHE. Where cause is found by majority vote after consideration of all evidence, the PRC member will be removed.
