Common use of Removal of Obstructions Clause in Contracts

Removal of Obstructions. Upon notice to Licensor, Licensee has the right to remove obstructions from the Premises, including but not limited to vegetation, which may encroach upon, interfere with or present a hazard to Licensee’s use of the Premises. Licensee shall dispose of any materials removed.

Potential obstructions include but are not limited to vegetation, which may encroach upon, interfere with or present a hazard to Licensee’s 's use of the PremisesLicensed Premises Licenses. Licensee shall dispose of any materials removed.
