Common use of Removal of Other Property Clause in Contracts

Removal of Other Property. All items of Personal Property located at the Hotel/Casino, which are not included in the sale and are identified in Exhibit “V-1” hereto, may be removed on the Closing Date and within thirty (30) days after the Closing Date by Seller. Seller shall be responsible for the cost of any repairs necessitated by such removal, but without any obligation on the part of Seller to replace any item so removed. Upon written request to Buyer, Seller may be granted a right of entry into the Hotel/Casino and onto and across the Land and Vessel at reasonable times after the Closing Date and within such thirty (30) day period to effect such removal.
