In connection with the construction of the Trail Facilities, the Grantee, or its contractors or agents will minimize any large tree removal, it being understood, however, that although the trail will be constructed in such a manner as to minimize tree removal, where necessary to create a level trail, it may be necessary to cut into some tree roots.
