Removal or Substitution of Key Personnel. The individuals identified in Exhibit D shall perform the Key Personnel role and responsibilities stated therein and Contractor’s failure to maintain such individuals in their identified roles or perform the identified responsibilities shall entitle VPRA to assess the Liquidated Damages described in this Section 17.1.3. 1. Contractor shall not remove or substitute any Person identified as Key Personnel in Exhibit D or allow a position to remain vacant unless approved in writing by VPRA.
