Common use of Renewal and Cancellation Clause in Contracts

Renewal and Cancellation. Once a subscription period (initial or renewal) commences, all Service Fees paid for that period are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the then-current subscription period using the cancellation procedure available through the account administration area of the Online Service, in which case your subscription will not renew and we will not charge you any further Service Fees. When you cancel your subscription, your paid subscription will terminate and you and Your Users’ access to the Sheets you created (and Your Content within them) will terminate.
