Common use of Renewal Application is Approved Clause in Contracts

Renewal Application is Approved. The Renewal Application is approved by the Sponsor. It is the intent of the parties that this Contract shall constitute the School’s Charter. A copy of the Renewal Application is attached hereto as Appendix 1 and constitutes a part of this Charter. In the event of any conflict between the Renewal Application and any other provision of this Charter, the Charter provision shall control.
