Renewal Processing. A. Renewal processing must begin a sufficient number of days prior to expiration of policy to satisfy minimum statutory renewal requirements. B. For those policies being non-renewed, non-renewal notices on policies must. be issued within state guidelines. C. For those accounts facing an increase on renewal and with the intent to renew, a letter must be mailed within the time mandated by the state indicating that an increase in premium may occur. D. Renewal quote must be issued and released to the insured within the state mandated guidelines. E. Premium audits will be ordered at the sole discretion of the Company.
