Rental Availability Sample Clauses

The Rental Availability clause defines the specific periods during which a rental property is available for use by the tenant. It typically outlines the start and end dates of the rental term, and may include provisions for blackout dates, maintenance periods, or other times when the property cannot be occupied. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of when the property can be accessed, preventing disputes over occupancy and helping to coordinate schedules or alternative arrangements if needed.
