Repair Rates Clause Samples

The Repair Rates clause defines the specific costs or rates that will be charged for repair services under the agreement. Typically, it outlines how these rates are calculated, such as by labor hour, parts used, or a flat fee, and may specify different rates for various types of repairs or service levels. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the financial terms related to repairs, helping to prevent disputes over unexpected charges and providing transparency in the cost structure.
