Repeated Violations Sample Clauses

The Repeated Violations clause establishes consequences or remedies when a party commits the same or similar breaches of contract multiple times. Typically, this clause outlines what constitutes a repeated violation, such as recurring failures to meet obligations or repeated non-compliance with specific terms, and may specify escalating penalties, the right to terminate the agreement, or other corrective actions. Its core function is to deter ongoing or habitual breaches by providing clear repercussions, thereby protecting the non-breaching party from persistent contract violations.
