Comply with Directions Sample Clauses

The 'Comply with Directions' clause requires one party, typically a contractor or service provider, to follow instructions or directives issued by the other party, often the client or project manager, during the course of performing their obligations. In practice, this means the contractor must adhere to specific requests regarding methods, timing, or standards of work, provided these directions are within the scope of the contract. This clause ensures that the work is carried out according to the client's expectations and allows for flexibility in managing the project, ultimately helping to maintain quality and alignment with project goals.
