The Replacement of Subscription Receipt Agent clause outlines the process for appointing a new agent to manage subscription receipts if the current agent is unable or unwilling to continue in their role. Typically, this clause specifies the conditions under which a replacement can be made, such as resignation, incapacity, or breach of duty, and details the steps for selecting and appointing a successor.
