Common use of Report Defects Clause in Contracts

Report Defects. The Contractor must immediately report to the Town in writing: (a) any structural report or defect, or any major maintenance in respect of Gallery; (b) all notices, orders and summonses received by the Contractor and which affect the Gallery; and (c) any circumstances of which it is aware and which are likely to be a danger or cause any damage or danger to the Gallery or to any person in or on the Gallery.
