Report of Incident. Should a unit member be attacked, assaulted, or menaced by any person in the course of employment, the unit member shall report the incident to the immediate supervisor who shall promptly report the incident to the police and the District Personnel Department. The District shall comply with any reasonable request by the unit member involved for information in its possession relating to the incident and the persons involved.
