Report Review. 1. Teachers will be allowed to review a copy of any evaluation report prepared by their evaluators, within ten (10) school days, and will have the right to discuss such reports with their evaluators. Evaluations of teachers shall be completed not later than ten (10) days before the end of the current school year. 2. Each observation of a teacher may be followed by a personal conference between the teacher and his or her evaluator, at a mutually agreeable time, for the purposes of clarifying the evaluation report and for making suggestions for noted areas for improvement. 3. Teachers shall acknowledge all reports and may include written comments on all copies. Such acknowledgment merely signifies that the teacher has read the material to be filed; it does not indicate agreement with its content.
