Report to Lessor Clause Samples

The "Report to Lessor" clause requires the lessee to provide regular updates or specific information to the lessor regarding the leased property or its use. Typically, this may involve submitting maintenance records, usage reports, or incident notifications within set timeframes. By mandating these reports, the clause ensures the lessor stays informed about the property's condition and compliance with lease terms, helping to prevent misuse and address issues promptly.
