Common use of Reporting and Investigation Clause in Contracts

Reporting and Investigation. (1) If the bank requests information about the borrowers financial or business status, the borrower shall provide such information immediately. If investigation is required, the borrower will make materials available. (2) If there is a significant change in the financial or business status of the borrower, the bank can request a report on this.
