REPORTING AND MEETINGS Sample Clauses

Typically, it outlines the frequency and format of progress reports, as well as the scheduling of meetings—such as monthly status updates or quarterly review sessions—to discuss project developments, address issues, and ensure alignment. This clause ensures transparency, facilitates collaboration, and helps prevent misunderstandings by keeping all parties informed and engaged throughout the duration of the contract.
