REPORTING AND RESPONSIBILITY. The Employee shall report directly to Smart Food’s Chief Executive Officer in the capacity of this position. Employee shall have those responsibilities normally discharged by persons in his position, including the general supervision and oversight of investor relations as well as other financial management responsibilities as otherwise agreed between the Employer and the Employee.
REPORTING AND RESPONSIBILITY. Employee shall report to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer or his designee, and shall consult with such individual from time to time during the term fo this Agreement regarding strategic business strategy for the Company.

Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to limit or abridge any individual's right to free speech or to infringe upon the academic freedom of any member of the University community. 6.2 Academic freedom is accompanied by the corresponding responsibility to provide objective and skillful exposition of one's subject, to at all times be accurate, to exercise appropriate restraint, to show respect for the opinions of others and to indicate when appropriate that one is an institutional representative. 6.3 The University of Alaska and United Academics endorse the “1940 Statement of Principles on Academic Freedom and Tenure with 1970 Interpretive Comments,” issued by the American Association of University Professors and the Association of American Colleges, and the 1999 statement “On Collegiality As a Criterion for Faculty Evaluation,” issued by the American Association of University Professors. 6.4 The University of Alaska and United Academics agree that all members of the academic community have an obligation to maintain accepted standards of civility and professionalism.

  • Roles and Responsibilities 1. The Donor States shall make funds available in support of eligible programmes proposed by the Beneficiary State and agreed on by the Financial Mechanism Committee within the priority sectors listed in Article 3.1 of Protocol 38c and the programme areas listed in the Annex to Protocol 38c. The Donor States and the Beneficiary State shall cooperate on the preparation of concept notes defining the scope and planned results for each programme. 2. The Beneficiary State shall assure the full co-financing of programmes that benefit from support from the EEA Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 in accordance with Annex B and the programme agreements. 3. The Financial Mechanism Committee shall manage the EEA Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 and take decisions on the granting of financial assistance in accordance with the Regulation. 4. The Committee shall be assisted by the Financial Mechanism Office (hereinafter referred to as the “FMO”). The FMO shall be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the EEA Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 and shall serve as a contact point.

  • Position and Responsibilities During the term of Executive’s employment hereunder, Executive agrees to serve as an Executive Vice President of the Bank. Executive shall perform administrative and management services for the Bank which are customarily performed by persons in a similar executive officer capacity. During said period, Executive also agrees to serve as an officer and director of any subsidiary of the Bank or the Company, if elected.

  • Your Responsibility You are solely responsible for the quality, completeness, accuracy, validity and integrity of the image. You are solely responsible if you, intentionally or unintentionally, submit fraudulent, incorrect or illegible images to us or if Mobile Deposit is used, by authorized or unauthorized persons, to submit fraudulent, unauthorized, inaccurate, incorrect or otherwise improper or unusable images to us.

  • Reporting Responsibilities The IRA Owner agrees to provide the Custodian with information necessary for the Custodian to prepare any reports required under Code Sections 408(i), 408A(d)(3)(D), and Regulations Sections 1.408-5 and 1.408-6. The Custodian agrees to submit reports to the IRS and the IRA Owner (or Beneficiary(ies) upon the IRA Owner’s death) as prescribed by the IRS and such additional reports as the Custodian may choose to deliver. The Custodian shall furnish annual calendar-year reports concerning the status of the IRA and such information concerning required minimum distributions as is prescribed by the Commissioner of the IRS.
