Procedure for reporting issues (a) If an Employee wishes to raise a health and safety issue in a workplace, that Employee must report it to the Health and Safety Representative or to the Employer’s Site Safety Supervisor or another management representative. (b) An Employee may take all steps that are necessary, including leaving the Employee’s part of the workplace, to report an issue. (c) If the Employer’s Site Safety Supervisor identifies a health and safety issue they must report it to the Health and Safety Representative.
Reporting Status and Securities Laws Matters The Purchaser is a “reporting issuer” and not on the list of reporting issuers in default under applicable Securities Laws in the provinces of British Columbia and Alberta. No delisting, suspension of trading in or cease trading order with respect to any securities of the Purchaser and, to the knowledge of the Purchaser, no inquiry or investigation (formal or informal) of any Securities Authority, is in effect or ongoing or, to the knowledge of the Purchaser, expected to be implemented or undertaken.
PROCEDURE FOR APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT Acceptance of this Settlement Agreement shall be sought at a hearing of the Central Regional Council of the MFDA on a date agreed to by counsel for Staff and the Respondent.
Reporting Status Until the date on which the Buyers shall have sold all of the Registrable Securities (the “Reporting Period”), the Company shall timely file all reports required to be filed with the SEC pursuant to the 1934 Act, and the Company shall not terminate its status as an issuer required to file reports under the 1934 Act even if the 1934 Act or the rules and regulations thereunder would no longer require or otherwise permit such termination.
Notification of Acceptance of General Offer of Privacy Terms Upon execution of Exhibit “E”, General Offer of Privacy Terms, Subscribing LEA shall provide notice of such acceptance in writing and given by personal delivery, or e-mail transmission (if contact information is provided for the specific mode of delivery), or first-class mail, postage prepaid, to the designated representative below.
