Reporting faults. As soon as the Customer becomes aware of a fault in the Service the Customer must telephone Enterprise Customer Care or such other contact as is notified by EITC to the Customer. Enterprise Customer Care is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Customer can also report the fault by sending an email to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇.▇▇. Before reporting a fault, the Customer must take reasonable steps to ensure that the fault is not a fault in any equipment located on the Customer’s side of the Service Delivery Point.
