Reporting of Students i) The School agrees to report its student enrollment to the Sponsor as provided in sections 1011.62, F.S., and in accordance with the definitions in section 1011.61, F.S. The Sponsor agrees to include the School's enrollment in the Sponsor's report of student enrollment. ii) In order to facilitate the School’s reporting requirements and in order to provide continuous data regarding students attending the School, the School will utilize the Sponsor’s electronic data processing system and the Sponsor's procedures, which shall be consistent with Department of Education guidelines regarding the format for such electronic data, for the processing of information required for state/local reporting. The Sponsor will analyze the School’s facility and develop a recommended hardware/software solution which provides the School with limited access to the Sponsor’s data processing facility. Computer hardware will be provided to the School at the Sponsor's cost. No hardware or software will be attached to the Sponsor's network without the Sponsor's prior approval. Any violation of this requirement may result in loss of network services. The School shall be responsible for any installation costs for the hardware. Costs for the related installation of software programs shall be borne by the Sponsor. The School will be responsible for installation, maintenance and monthly charges for any data lines necessary to provide access to the Sponsor's electronic data reporting system. The School will be responsible for its own basic telephone and fax services. iii) The Sponsor will also make available training for personnel of the School in the use of applications designated by the Sponsor which are necessary to respond to the requirements of sections 1001.11 and 1008.345, F.S., including the annual report and the state/Sponsor required assessment program. The School will have necessary personnel attend workshops and training offered by the Sponsor which provide information required for state/local reporting. The Sponsor’s support for this function will be included as part of the 5% administrative fee described in this charter. Access by the School to additional data processing applications available through the Sponsor may be negotiated by the parties on a separate fee basis. iv) An annual report from the School will be transmitted to the Sponsor listing all students enrolled during the school year, and the disposition of each student’s permanent records, i.e., stored on site, tra...
Reporting of Students. The School will accurately report its student enrollment to the Sponsor as required in s. 1011.62, Florida Statutes (2005), and in accordance with the definitions in s. 1011.61, Florida Statutes (2005), at the agreed upon intervals and using the method used by the Sponsor when recording and reporting cost data by program. The Sponsor agrees to include the School’s enrollment in the Sponsor’s district report of student enrollment. In order to receive full funding, the School shall provide all required information within the same schedule required for all other of Sponsor's schools.

The Sponsor agrees to include the School’s enrollment in the Sponsor’s district report of student enrollment. In order to receive full funding, the School shall provide all required information within the same schedule required for all other of Sponsor’s schools. School agrees to complete initial enrollment and provide a report of enrolled students by May 27 of each year. In the months of July and August, such reports shall be provided weekly by submission each Monday of the month until such time as the school year begins. The reports required by this paragraph shall include each student’s name, grade, student identification number and date of birth. School will designate a staff member who will attend all FTE and data training workshops offered by Sponsor in order to facilitate the registration process.

Reporting of Students. All third grade students who scored Level One on the Grade 3 FCAT Reading and are promoted to fourth grade must be reported for Grade Promotion Status as ―A- promoted to a higher grade without meeting levels of performance for pupil progression based on limited circumstances for exceptions or good cause.‖ All of these students must also be reported using the data element for Grade Promotion Status: Good Cause Exemption with one of the six good cause exemptions provided by Florida law. The School agrees to work with the Sponsor to accurately input data to reflect the number of students retained in all grade levels.

The School will accurately report its student enrollment to the Sponsor as re- quired in Section 1011.62, Florida Statutes, and in accordance with the definitions in Section 1011.61, Florida Statutes, at the agreed upon intervals and using the method used by the Sponsor when recording and reporting cost data by program. The Sponsor agrees to include the School’s enrollment in the Sponsor’s district report of student enrollment. In order to receive full funding, the School shall provide all required information within the same schedule required for all other of Sponsor’s schools. School agrees to complete initial enrollment and provide a report of enrolled students by July 18th of 2011, if the school commences operations for the 2011-2012 school year, or by May 27th of 2012, if the school uses the 2011-2012 school year for planning and commences operation for the 2012-2013 school year, and by May 27th of each year thereaf- ter. In the months of July and August, such reports shall be provided weekly by submission each Monday of the month until such time as the school year begins. The reports required by this pa- ragraph shall include each student’s name, grade, student identification number and date of birth. Both parties agree to explore the possibility of the School uploading this information electroni- cally to the Sponsor’s student database increase efficiency. School will, by July 1 of the year in which the School shall commence operations, designate a staff member who will attend all FTE and data training workshops offered by Sponsor in order to facilitate the registration process.
Reporting of Students. The AGENCY agrees to report its student enrollment as delineated in the following paragraph to meet the requirements of section 10 11.62, Fla. Stat., and in accordance with the definitions in section 1011.61, Fla. Stat. The BOARD agrees to include the AGENCY's enrollment in the BOARD's report of student enrollment.

The School will also make provisions, at their expense, for network communications between the parties by the use of the Sponsor’s private network. This will then allow the School to use the Sponsor’s electronic mail system and other administrative (student and/or business oriented) systems as required by Florida Statutes. The School accepts responsibility and will purchase appropriate hardware to integrate with the Sponsor’s network, e-mail, and administrative systems. The Sponsor will provide training for the School personnel in the use of designated district applications necessary to respond to the legislative requirements of §1008.33, F.S. and §1008.34, F.S., including the
