Reporting Off Work. In the case of absence or tardiness, it is the obligation of each Bargaining Unit Employee to personally notify his/her immediate supervisor or unit secretary prior to the Bargaining Unit Employee’s scheduled report time with as much notice as possible 1. There shall be one (1) personnel file for each Bargaining Unit Employee and it shall be kept in the Human Resources Office.
