Reporting Off Work. When an employee is unable to work, he/she shall notify the supervisor or other designated person no less than one-half (1/2) hour prior to the time he/she is scheduled to report to work on each day of absence, unless emergency conditions make it impossible or unless the employee has made other reporting arrangements with the supervisor.
