REPORTING TIME PAY. A. After a person has been hired and ordered to report to work at the regular starting time and no work is provide for him/her on the day that he/she has so reported, he/she shall receive pay equivalent to two (2) hours at the rate applicable for that day. This pay shall not be provided if he/she has subsequently been ordered not to report for work on that particular day. If the person has been working regularly and the Employer has failed to notify him/her not to report for work before leaving his/her residence, he/she shall be entitled to two (2) hours reporting time pay at the applicable rate for that day. B. At the start of each job, employees shall furnish the Employer with a current telephone number or other contact; and shall continue to advise the Employer of any subsequent change or changes in such contact information that occur during the course of the job. C. Any person who reports to work and for whom any work is provided, regardless of the time that he/she works, shall receive the equivalent of not less than four
