Common use of Reporting Timeframes Clause in Contracts

Reporting Timeframes. provider and lab differences: In some awardee jurisdictions, reporting timeframes for select diseases differ depending on whether reported by providers or labs. Awardees are requested to ensure that calculations of timeliness of reporting for each case of disease are compared against the appropriate required timeframe. Pre-Incident Response Note: for cases in which both a provider and a lab report the same case of disease, awardees should count the first instance of reporting the case for the purpose of this performance measure.
