Common use of Reports, Data and Information Clause in Contracts

Reports, Data and Information. 18.1 This Contract (a) This Contract is not confidential, and the data or information relating to the Contract shall not be treated as confidential other than as expressly provided in the Applicable Law in Timor- Leste or Articles 18.3(e) and 18.4(d) below. (b) A copy of this Contract shall be made available by ANPM at its head offices for inspection by the public during normal office hours. In addition to the above, ANPM may also be required to make a copy of the Contract available at a public registry according to the Applicable Law in Timor-Leste.
