Reports from the Employer. The Employer shall provide the Union with access to an electronic copy of the minutes of the Regular Meetings of the Board that are available to the public and press. Other documentation, which is not confidential, may be provided upon request. The Employer shall provide the Union, as soon as possible following the end of the month, with a monthly list of hires, terminations, resignations, lay-offs, recalls, transfers, promotions, retirements and deaths within the bargaining unit.
