Common use of Representation of the Employee Clause in Contracts

Representation of the Employee. The Employee represents and warrants to the Company that the Employee is free to enter into this Agreement and that he does not have any commitment, arrangement or understanding to or with any party which restrains or is in conflict with the Employee's performance of the covenants, services and duties provided for in this Agreement. The Employee agrees to indemnify the Company and to hold it harmless against any and all liabilities or claims arising out of breach of this representation and warranty.
