Common use of Representations and Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Representations and Responsibilities. It is the responsibility of the CONTRACTOR to be familiar with the nature and extent of the Contract documents, work, locality, and with all local conditions, regulations and laws that in any manner may affect cost, progress or performance of the work. The CONTRACTOR has made examinations, investigations and studies of all reports and related data as deemed necessary for the performance of the work at the Contract price, within the Contract term and in accordance with the other terms and conditions of the Contract documents; and no additional examination, investigations, reports or similar data are or will be required by the CONTRACTOR for such purpose.
