Representatives of the Receiving Party. Notwithstanding the restrictions set forth in Section 2.2, the Receiving Party may furnish the Confidential Matter to any of its directors, officers and employees (collectively, "Representatives") who need to know such information for the purposes set forth in Section 2.3; provided, however, that such Representatives are instructed to keep such information confidential in accordance with this Section 2.
