Common use of Representatives of Union Clause in Contracts

Representatives of Union. The Employer agree that accredited representatives of the United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America, AFL-CIO, Local 2320, whether unit, local union, region or international representatives, shall have the right to visit the premises of the Employer at any time during working hours for the purpose of investigating compliance with the terms of this agreement. Such representative shall report to an authorized administrative representative of the Employer upon entering the premises. It is also understood that such visits will not interfere with the day-to-day work operations of the Legal department.
