REPRESENTED CLASSIFICATIONS Sample Clauses

The 'Represented Classifications' clause defines the specific categories, groups, or classes that a party is authorized to represent within the context of the agreement. In practice, this clause outlines which products, services, or entities fall under the scope of representation, often listing them by name, type, or other identifying criteria. By clearly specifying these classifications, the clause ensures that both parties understand the boundaries of representation, thereby preventing disputes over unauthorized activities and maintaining clarity regarding the extent of the representative's authority.
