Requalification Clause Samples

The Requalification clause defines the process and conditions under which a party, product, or service must undergo a renewed assessment to confirm ongoing compliance with specified standards or requirements. Typically, this clause applies when there are significant changes in circumstances, such as modifications to a product, updates in regulations, or after a certain period has elapsed. Its core practical function is to ensure that standards are consistently maintained over time, thereby reducing the risk of non-compliance and maintaining quality assurance.
