Common use of Request for Access Clause in Contracts

Request for Access. If Permittee desires to install new Attachments or replace existing Attachments in Company Space, it must submit a request for access using the form attached as Exhibit A, or such other form as the Company may specify from time to time in its reasonable discretion, and identify the facilities and equipment, including their physical characteristics (e.g., material and dimensions), to be placed in the Company Space and a copy of Permittee’s property lease or right-of-way document, if any are required. Permittee agrees to pay in advance all of the Company’s estimated unit costs to respond to the request for access. The total cost for responding to the request is reconciled based on the Company’s actual costs at the end of the task. The Company’s estimated unit costs for such work are set forth in Exhibit C. The Company may revise such estimated unit costs, from time to time, upon sixty (60) days’ written notice to Permittee.
