Request for Approval. If the approval of a Lender is required under this Section 15.1, the Administrative Agent shall advise the Lender in writing of the issue to be decided and, if the Administrative Agent determines in its sole discretion that it is appropriate to do so, request the Lender’s approval of a course of action proposed by the Administrative Agent. In requesting a ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s approval, the Administrative Agent may establish, in its discretion acting reasonably, a deadline by which the Lender shall respond to the Administrative Agent’s request.
