Request for Change Proposal. 14.1.2.1 If GDOT desires to initiate a GDOT Change or to evaluate whether to initiate such a change, then GDOT may, at its discretion, issue a Request for Change Proposal. The Request for Change Proposal shall set forth the nature, extent and details of the proposed GDOT Change. 14.1.2.2 Within five (5) Business Days after DB Team receives a Request for Change Proposal, or such longer period to which the Parties may mutually agree, GDOT and DB Team shall consult to define the proposed scope of the change. Within five (5) Business Days after the initial consultation, or such longer period to which the Parties may mutually agree, GDOT and DB Team shall consult concerning the estimated financial and schedule impacts.
