Common use of Request for Change Proposal Clause in Contracts

Request for Change Proposal. A Request for Change Proposal (RFCP) is a written request that informs Subcontractor about a potential change in the Subcontract Work and requests a proposal for the potential change. Subcontractor shall promptly reply with such request. Subcontractor shall not implement the change or incur any costs until a Change Order is fully executed.
