Request for Dues Check Off. Employees shall have the right to request and be allowed dues check off for the Association. The Board of Education agrees to deduct during each payroll period an amount sufficient to provide the payment of dues established by the Association from the wages of all employees authorizing in writing such deductions on forms provided by the Association. The Association will indemnify, defend, and hold the Board of Education harmless against any claims made and against any suits instituted against the Board of Education, its officers or employees, by reason of payroll deductions for dues.
