Request for Enforcement. If the Competitive Infringement of a UPenn Patent has not been abated within [*] following the date the Infringement Notice was provided and during the period in which, and in the jurisdiction where, Passage is exclusively licensed under such infringed UPenn Patent (such UPenn Patent, during such period and in such jurisdiction, the “Exclusive Penn Patent Rights”), then Gemma may, but no later than [*] following the date of the Infringement Notice, request Passage to institute an Enforcement Action of an Exclusive Penn Patent Right against the infringer. Following receipt of such request, Passage shall [*]. Passage shall keep Gemma reasonably informed as to the status of any such Enforcement Action and shall consider in good faith the comments of Gemma with respect thereto. ▇▇▇▇▇ acknowledges that Passage or Penn may bring an action with respect to any such Competitive Infringement if not requested by ▇▇▇▇▇ within such [*] period following the date of the Infringement Notice.
Request for Enforcement. 1. Before the commencement of an enforcement of a Swedish sentence in Estonia, the Swedish Prison and Probation Service shall make a request for enforcement to the Estonian Ministry of Justice and Digital Affairs. The Swedish Prison and Probation Service may not make more than 30 requests within a period of ten (10) days. 2. The request shall include the date on which the enforcement in Estonia shall cease. The enforcement in Estonia shall cease no later than one month before the date for conditional release or the date for enforcement of an expulsion order. 3. The request shall also include information about the sentence and its enforcement necessary for the evaluation of the request’s compliance with this Agreement. 4. The Estonian Ministry of Justice and Digital Affairs shall handle a request within ten (10) days. If more than 20 but less than 30 requests are being made within ten (10) days, the requests filed within that period shall be handled within fifteen (15) days. 5. The request shall be granted if the conditions in Article 20 are met. If the request is granted, the Estonian Ministry of Justice and Digital Affairs shall immediately notify the Swedish Prison and Probation Service of the date on which the enforcement of the Swedish sentence earliest can be initiated in the Prison. The enforcement of the sentence shall be able to initiate as soon as possible with respect to the availability of prison capacity according to this Agreement. 6. If the Estonian Ministry of Justice and Digital Affairs has a dissenting assessment of whether a person should be considered a high security risk according to Article 20.2.e, the Estonian Ministry of Justice and Digital Affairs may deny the request. If the request is denied, the Estonian Ministry of Justice and Digital Affairs shall immediately notify the Swedish Prison and Probations Service and provide for the grounds for the denial.
Request for Enforcement. Any Benefit Assessment Lien installment that is more than 90 days delinquent is subject to enforcement. At Capital Provider's discretion, Capital Provider may submit a written request to the Program Administrator, requesting enforcement of the delinquent Benefit Assessment Lien in the manners provided in ORS 223.505 to 223.650. The request must include a detailed accounting of the delinquency, including, but not limited to: i. The unpaid principal balance of the Benefit Assessment Lien; ii. The date through which interest is paid; iii. The number of, and periods for which, installments are delinquent; iv. The amount of individual and cumulative delinquent installments; v. Amount of individual and cumulative unpaid late fees; vi. Amount of individual and cumulative unpaid Program Administration fees; vii. Details of any other delinquent fees or penalties due; and viii. Calculation of interest due through the date of the request, including daily interest.
Request for Enforcement. Any Benefit Assessment Lien installment that is more than 90 days delinquent is subject to enforcement. Capital Provider may submit a written request to the Program Administrator requesting enforcement of the delinquent Benefit Assessment Lien in the manners provided in ORS 223.505 to 223.650. The request for enforcement may include all delinquent installment payments as of the date of the request, plus all penalties, interest, costs and fees.

  • Specific Enforcement Each party hereto acknowledges that the remedies at law of the other parties for a breach or threatened breach of this Agreement would be inadequate and, in recognition of this fact, any party to this Agreement, without posting any bond, and in addition to all other remedies that may be available, shall be entitled to obtain equitable relief in the form of specific performance, a temporary restraining order, a temporary or permanent injunction or any other equitable remedy that may then be available.

  • Law Enforcement 24.1 Each Party may cooperate with law enforcement authorities and national security authorities to the full extent required or permitted by Applicable Law in matters related to Services provided by it under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the production of records, the establishment of new lines or the installation of new services on an existing line in order to support law enforcement and/or national security operations, and, the installation of wiretaps, trap-and-trace facilities and equipment, and dialed number recording facilities and equipment. 24.2 A Party shall not have the obligation to inform the other Party or the Customers of the other Party of actions taken in cooperating with law enforcement or national security authorities, except to the extent required by Applicable Law. 24.3 Where a law enforcement or national security request relates to the establishment of lines (including, but not limited to, lines established to support interception of communications on other lines), or the installation of other services, facilities or arrangements, a Party may act to prevent the other Party from obtaining access to information concerning such lines, services, facilities and arrangements, through operations support system interfaces.
