Request for flexible hours. An employee may be granted flexible hours provided that such arrangement is consistent with the administration or operational requirements of the section in which the employee works, results in no increased cost to the Corporation and is mutually agreed to by the employee and her supervisor. Such request shall not be unreasonably denied.
