Common use of Request for further information Clause in Contracts

Request for further information. If: (a) a Certifier provides a Certificate of Compliance to Aurizon Network under clause 21.5; and (b) Aurizon Network reasonably requests (which may be on one or more occasions) the End User to provide any information or documentation (including reports on trials and/or commissioning tests) in relation to the Rollingstock or Rollingstock Configurations for a Train Service Type (as applicable) specified in that Certificate of Compliance, then the End User must provide (or procure the Operator and/or the Certifier to provide) that information or documentation to Aurizon Network promptly (and in any event, within 10 Business Days) after being requested to do so by Aurizon Network.
