If: (a) a Certifier provides a Certificate of Compliance to Aurizon Network under (b) Aurizon Network requests (which may be on one or more occasions) the Operator to provide any information or documentation (including reports on trials and/or commissioning tests) in relation to the Rollingstock or Rollingstock Configurations for a Train Service Type (as applicable) specified in that Certificate of Compliance, then the Operator must provide (or procure the Certifier to provide) that information or documentation to Aurizon Network promptly (and in any event, within 10 Business Days) after being requested to do so by Aurizon Network.
